Yes, there is rain in the forecast.  We hope that it won't put a damper on our outdoor ceremony, but there is a backup tent just in case!

RSVP Confusion?

We've noticed that our guests have been filling out the reply cards differently.  Some people are writing "Mr. John Doe" on the first line, then "Number of guests: 1." So, does this mean a). Mr. John Doe is bringing one guest, therefore the number of attendees is two, or b) Mr. John Doe is attending alone, therefore the number of attendees is one?  We've been getting both types of replies.  To make things more clear, it might be best to write all of the attendees' names on the first line, then put the total number of attendees.  Sorry for the confusion.  Please bear with us if we contact you to ask for clarification of your response!  

With about 2 months to go, we are getting very excited about the big event! Thank you to everyone who has already sent their RSVPs...much appreciated! If you haven't sent back your reply card yet, please do so when you have a chance (and yes, you do have until August 27 to reply).  Ann is anxiously checking the mailbox everyday and hoping to find something other than bills!

The menu has been set, the flowers have been chosen, the photographer and DJ are ready to go! We are working on the details of the reception, and will be updating our gift registry this weekend.  Ann has been spending a lot of time running and cycling in the sun, so she is getting worried about her tan lines! Tony is relaxed and cool as usual ;)

We have also booked plane tickets to Hawaii for our honeymoon! We will be leaving a few days after the wedding.  If you have any advice on places to go, things to do, accomodations, etc we would love to hear from you!
